Price:

  • $6.25 /lb Hang weight. Average hang weight is between 190-200 lbs.

  • We require a $1,000 payment to reserve your beef. Once your quarter's final hang weight is in butcher, we will invoice for the remainder.

  • If purchasing online, a credit card fee will apply. Online Price with credit card fee: $1,000+ 3% credit card processing fee ($30) = $1,030.

Orders must be paid in full on or before pickup.

What You Get:

  • The take home meat from a quarter is about 53% of the hang weight. The average hang weight of a quarter is 200 lbs. So your take home weight could be around 106 lbs, on average.

  • You get to choose your cuts! We will provide you with the cut sheet to choose which cuts you’d like, how thick you want your steaks and more. Of course, if you have questions, feel free to reach out.

This beef Bundle requires about 6 cu ft. of freezer space and is equal to 1/4 of the animal.

Pickup:

Free pickup at the farm. Delivery available with a $20 delivery fee.

We will be in contact after you place your deposit, and closer to pick up dates to ensure you can pickup the beef without issue. We will not be shipping at this time.

This order is for our May 2025 processing dates. Meat will be available after it has finished aging for 14 days.
