October 2024 Beef Reservation

Please use this form if you plan to send a check for your 50 lb bundle, quarter or half beef for the October 2024 butcher date. Or, arrange cash payment by contacting marketing@duluthfarming.co. This will reserve your beef and waive the credit card fee.

  • 50 lb bundle

    • 24 lbs ground beef

    • 10 lbs of hamburger patties (3 patties per lb)

    • 16 lbs of various cuts of steak, roasts, & stew meat

    Quarter Beef

    • $5.75 /lb Hang weight. Average hang weight is around 200 lbs.

    • We require a $1,000 payment to reserve your beef. Once your quarter's final hang weight is in butcher, we will either invoice for the remainder, or reimburse the difference.

    Half Beef

    • $5.50 /lb Hang weight. Average hang weight is 400 lbs.

    • We require a $2,000 down payment to reserve your beef. Once we have your beef's final hang weight from the butcher, we will either invoice for the remainder, or reimburse you the difference.

  • Free pickup at the farm. Delivery available with a $20 delivery fee.

    We will be in contact after you place your deposit, and closer to pick up dates to ensure you can pickup the beef without issue. We will not be shipping at this time.

    This order is for our Oct 2024 processing dates. Meat will be available after it has finished aging for 21 days.

  • Our 50 lb beef Bundle requires 3 cu. ft. of freezer space and is equal to 1/8 of the animal.

    A quarter beef requires around 5-6 cu. ft. of freezer space

    A half beef requires around 10 cu. ft. of freezer space
